DyneTEC is a subsidiary of Dontech, Inc., who is a designer and manufacturer of optical filters for the enhancement of high-performance electronic displays (LCDs & OLEDs), touchscreens, and optical assemblies. All hires are processed through the parent company Dontech. We are always looking to build our team!
Dontech and DyneTEC are AS9100 and ISO-9001:2015 certified designers and manufacturers. Dontech designs and manufactures optical filters, components, and coatings for precision optics, displays, and touchscreens. DyneTEC designs and applies custom thin film coatings to flexible substrates. Both companies perform mission-critical applications in defense, avionics, medical, and industrial markets.
For over 50 years, Dontech has supported industry leading customers by building strong relationships and custom solutions that enhance the performance of optical systems. In 2018, DyneTEC was added to the Dontech team to expand our markets and capabilities. One of the cornerstones of our continued success is having a great team of people with diverse backgrounds and an aligned culture of providing exceptional solutions and customer support.

At DyneTEC we continue live the same business culture; however, we service the high-performance flexible film market. We manufacture in prototype quantities to large volumes and support innovative small businesses to Fortune 100 customers worldwide.
