Founded In 2018, the DyneTEC subsidiary of Dontech was created to serve the high-performance flexible film market. DyneTEC has had strong relationships with manufacturers, designers, and engineers — all important partners. We meet our customers' needs by creating custom solutions allowing our medical, military, aerospace, and industrial customers to work and perform at a high level in real world environments. We pay attention to every detail, from the initial development of a product until we're sure that it's performing optimally within its finished application.

Areas of Focus

DyneTEC, a Dontech Company, is an AS9100D and ISO-9001:2015 certified designer and manufacturer roll to roll (R2R) vacuum deposition, specializing in the coating and treating of polymeric films and metal foils. DyneTEC focuses on custom and large volume products for industries requiring interfacial engineering and thin film coating solutions.

Where The Work Gets Done

DyneTEC is located in the 206 building on the Dontech campus.  Our corporate headquarters is located at 700 Airport Blvd. in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, located about an hour north of Philadelphia and two hours southwest of New York City. We have 4 facilities at this campus that are uniquely outfitted and vertically integrated with an extremely broad range of design, test, and manufacturing capabilities. DyneTEC’s parent company has been designing and manufacturing products in Doylestown, PA for over 50 years.

Workplace Culture

Dontech and its DyneTEC subsidiary have a commitment to quality, innovation and R&D, and the people who make up our team has guided the company for more than 50 years. We understand that our products are used in mission-critical and life-saving applications, and we have the controls in place to ensure consistent quality, traceability, and performance. We understand that internal and external teamwork are critical for these goals to be realized.

We are committed to building a community based on a foundation of mutual respect while striving to provide an environment that allows our employees to enjoy their work.  Whether it be our yearly celebration of NSPE’s Engineers Week, summer barbeque lunches held outside, employee raffle drawings, or simply the suggestion box in the lunchroom, we are continuously looking for new opportunities to help our employees realize they’re a meaningful part of the Dontech and DyneTEC family. We understand the value of an employee’s time both in and outside of work, and we know that no one can run at 100% without the ability to relax and recharge. In addition to our at-work events, we encourage employees to put their families first and work a close second in order to maintain a sustainable work life balance.  Our commitment to meeting our employees’ needs helps us attract and retain a talented team who function together and continue to produce the high-quality products our customers expect.

Our technical staff are industry experts who can help troubleshoot designs to enhance performance and cut costs. We know how expensive it is to requalify a product, so we support product lines far beyond industry standard, saving our customers money. Our commitment to doing all the little things right means you will have the support to accomplish the big things.
