In 2018 Dontech expanded its thin film coating capabilities to include roll-to-roll (R2R) sputtering, branded through its DyneTEC division. We are unique in the roll-to-roll coating industry, in that our R2R work is supported by our 50+ years of expertise in batch-processed, complex thin and thick film coatings and optical filters for the demanding military, medical, and avionic markets.
Dontech’s and its DyneTEC division’s Quality Management System is AS9100D and ISO-9001:2015 certified with TÜV Rheinland of North America. Our DyneTEC division is a high value-added, roll-to-roll vacuum deposition company, specializing in the coating and treating of flexible substrates including polymeric films and metal foils. DyneTEC focuses on custom products for high performance and reliability industries requiring interfacial engineering and coating solutions.
