PRECISION COATINGS

Thin film coatings are applied to a variety of polymeric films, glass, metal foils and other flexible substrates in narrow to wide format roll to roll coating systems to add value and impart new properties (e.g., optical, electrical, and environmental).  Precision coatings are somewhat dependent on the quality and properties of the base substrates.

DyneTEC uses its state of the art in house thin film roll to roll vacuum deposition systems for the coating and treating of flexible films. Expertise includes sputtering, plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) and interfacial engineering via various plasma pretreatments on flexible substrates.
