WE SUPPORT OUR CUSTOMERS FROM CONCEPT THROUGH FINAL SYSTEM DELIVERY AND FROM LRIP THROUGH PRODUCTION
Founded In 2018, DyneTEC was created as a division of Dontech, Inc. to serve the high-performance flexible materials market. DyneTEC is supported by Dontech’s experienced design and production team, which has been producing high-end optical information display filters and precision optics for more than 50 years. We are unique in the industry with our intercompany experience of more than 30 years of R2R coating and equipment building, combined with expertise in batch-processed, complex thin and thick film coatings and filters for demanding military, medical and avionic markets.

The Beliefs That Guide Us
Workplace Culture
Dontech and its DyneTEC subsidiary have a commitment to quality, innovation and R&D, and the people who make up our team has guided the company for more than 50 years. We understand that our products are used in mission-critical and life-saving applications, and we have the controls in place to ensure consistent quality, traceability, and performance. We understand that internal and external teamwork are critical for these goals to be realized.
We are committed to building a community based on a foundation of mutual respect while striving to provide an environment that allows our employees to enjoy their work. Whether it be our yearly celebration of NSPE’s Engineers Week, summer barbeque lunches held outside, employee raffle drawings, or simply the suggestion box in the lunchroom, we are continuously looking for new opportunities to help our employees realize they’re a meaningful part of the Dontech and DyneTEC family. We understand the value of an employee’s time both in and outside of work, and we know that no one can run at 100% without the ability to relax and recharge. In addition to our at-work events, we encourage employees to put their families first and work a close second in order to maintain a sustainable work life balance. Our commitment to meeting our employees’ needs helps us attract and retain a talented team who function together and continue to produce the high-quality products our customers expect.
Our technical staff are industry experts who can help troubleshoot designs to enhance performance and cut costs. We know how expensive it is to requalify a product, so we support product lines far beyond industry standard, saving our customers money. Our commitment to doing all the little things right means you will have the support to accomplish the big things.
